In terms of different levels of education, there were 2,619 undergraduate graduates at the main campus, with an employment rate of 96.56%; 3,827 master's graduates, with an employment rate of 98.33%; and 942 doctoral graduates, with an employment rate of 96.82%. There were a total of 2,619 undergraduate graduates at our main campus, with the proportion of domestic further education being 46.35%, the proportion of going abroad for further studies being 32.65%, and the proportion of signing employment agreements and flexible employment totaling 17.57%. In terms of the nature of the signing units, the number of graduates working in companies accounted for 72.61% of the signed undergraduate graduates (including 41.52% in private enterprises, 16.52% in joint ventures, and 14.57% in state-owned enterprises), while those working in government agencies and institutions accounted for 10.21% of the signed graduates.
Analysis of employment units for undergraduate graduates In 2014, there were 217 three-party agreements signed by undergraduate graduates at our main campus, and 243 graduates engaged in flexible employment, totaling 460 people, accounting for 17.57% of the undergraduate graduates. In terms of the nature of the signing units, the number of graduates working in companies accounted for 72.61% of the signed undergraduate graduates (including 41.52% in private enterprises, 16.52% in joint ventures, and 14.57% in state-owned enterprises), while those working in government agencies and institutions accounted for 10.21% of the signed graduates.
In terms of the distribution of signing units by region, the number of graduates choosing to work in Beijing was 58.04%. Besides Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong Province, and other eastern regions also absorbed a considerable number of graduates, accounting for 7.39%, 10.43%, and 11.96% respectively. The proportion of undergraduate graduates working in the central and western regions exceeded 10%.
In terms of the distribution of signing units by industry, undergraduate graduates mainly engaged in finance (17.61%), IT and internet-related industries (16.96%), government management agencies (15.00%), and education (14.78%). Undergraduate graduates working in management consulting and business services accounted for 10.65%.
